This bot hangs around our channels on Freenode (#madek and #leihs) and tries to answer some questions and be useful to people.
We'll have to add more useful stuff to it, such as some welcoming information for people who just seek help quickly.
This code is of use to absolutely no one, since we have no clue about writing bots, but we're putting it here anyhow.
