Dear Zuo-Fei,
used Thermo Orbitrap data acquired on a Fusion Lumos, under high/high and used the 2.2 version of Epiprofile. The data was all over the place, with large variation even across replicates. The same data on 2.1 was more reproducible. I am not sure sure if this is a known issue.
