[BUG]最新版本一鍵allinone部署cmp錯誤

问题描述/What happened:

使用命令 MAGE_REPOSITORY=docker.io/yunion ./ocboot.sh run.py cmp 10.10.10.10 安裝
全新安裝4.0.3版本，安裝到ceph退出報錯，再次執行安裝通過，到啓動集群時一直pending無法創建

环境/Environment:
Centos Stream8

首次安裝報錯：

再次安裝報錯：

卡在：
