EmoC 是第三方、免费的 Android 客户端。它不运营独立分析后台，不出售、出租或独立变现用户数据。
EmoC is a third-party, free Android client. It does not operate a custom analytics backend and does not sell, rent, or independently monetize user data.
EmoC 可能会在你的设备本地保存以下数据：
EmoC may store the following data locally on your device:
- 登录/会话状态，用于保持登录。 Login/session state needed to keep you signed in.
- 首页、歌单、搜索、歌词和播放元数据缓存。 Cached playlist, recommendation, search, lyric, and playback metadata.
- 主题、桌面歌词、播放音质、动态取色和缓存偏好等设置。 App settings such as theme mode, desktop lyrics settings, playback quality, dynamic color, and cache preferences.
- Android 系统媒体控件所需的播放会话状态。 Android media-session state used by system playback controls.
账号、歌单、搜索、歌词、封面和播放相关请求会发送到网易云音乐服务。EmoC 依赖用户自己的 music.163.com 官网会话，部分功能会调用网易云音乐网页端接口以及第三方社区常见的兼容接口路径。
Music account, playlist, search, lyric, cover, and playback-related requests are sent to NetEase Cloud Music services. EmoC depends on the user's own music.163.com website session. Some features call NetEase Cloud Music web endpoints and community-known compatibility-style endpoint paths.
这些接口并非 EmoC 提供，也不是网易云音乐开放平台商业授权 API。相关请求受网易云音乐自身服务条款和隐私政策约束。
These endpoints are not provided by EmoC and are not commercial APIs authorized by the NetEase Cloud Music Open Platform. Related requests are governed by NetEase Cloud Music's own terms and privacy policy.
EmoC 不托管音乐文件、歌词、封面或账号服务。
EmoC does not host music files, lyrics, cover art, or account services.
根据启用的功能，EmoC 可能会请求以下 Android 权限：
Depending on enabled features, EmoC may request Android permissions such as:
- 网络访问，用于服务请求。 Network access for service requests.
- 通知/媒体会话访问，用于系统播放控件。 Notification/media-session access for system playback controls.
- 悬浮窗权限，用于桌面歌词。 Draw-over-other-apps permission for desktop lyrics.
桌面歌词权限只会在你开启桌面歌词功能时申请。
Desktop lyrics permission is requested only when you enable the feature.
缓存用于提升启动速度并在重启后恢复可见状态。你可以在应用设置中清除缓存内容。
Cached app data is used to improve startup speed and restore visible state after restart. You can clear cached content from the app settings page.
安装后首次打开可能出现加载失败，通常删除后台后重新进入即可恢复。此行为通常与首次会话初始化、缓存建立或第三方服务返回时机有关。
The first launch after installation may fail to load. Removing the app from recents and reopening usually resolves it. This is usually related to initial session setup, cache creation, or third-party service response timing.
EmoC 不是网易云音乐官方应用。如果你不希望第三方客户端依赖官网/会话流程，或不愿承担账号风控、账号限制、功能失效和服务条款风险，请不要在本应用中登录账号。
EmoC is not an official NetEase Cloud Music app. Do not enter credentials or use this app if you are not comfortable with a third-party client depending on the official website/session flow, or if you do not accept account risk control, account restrictions, feature breakage, and service-term risks.
