Please Do Some improvements on Grappling Hook!

Do some fixes on Grappling Hook plz, idk why user would "be jumped" when he first right-clicks Grappling Hook, then does some useless vector boosts on the ground with only Y-forward. And sometimes user will be kicked by "flying is not enabled.....". It shouldnt be this because my another plugin's Grappling Hook user wont be mis-kicked by anticheat or vanilla ac.
