Elasticsearch Bulk load Service

This shall be an API which is able to take a bulk index file from the asset store and pushes this into the assigned elasticsearch index.

The servlet shall be given the path to an asset and then the service calls elasticsearch and pushes the asset (flat json) into elasticsearch

@Orbiter @mariobehling I would like to work on this issue, my idea is we can simply create a new API end point service in yacy index https://github.com/yacy/yacy_grid_mcp/tree/master/src/main/java/net/yacy/grid/mcp/api/index , that accepts a path to asset storage and indexes it. I think this might be similar to the functionality of crawler, but we take an asset file here
