Inconsistent copy/paste behavior in FX columns

[LEGACY BUG]
Copy-paste in fx columns in phrases and tables does not respect column offset.

Action:
Table column 1, row 1 has data KIL02
Hover over data and copy it
Move to column 3, row 3
Paste data

Expected behavior:
KIL02 pasted in column 3, row 3

Actual behavior:
KIL01 pasted in column 1, row 3

Same issue for tables

Side-issue:
Phrase FX and table FX copy data uses different classes. It is not possible top copy - paste FX data between phrase FX columns and tables and vice versa.
