Explore visualisation options

Currently, the program just views the RGB stack using matplotlib.

I'd like to look into other options that would make it easier to add to nicer maps - such as using folium to add to a leaflet map. It would also be nice for this to work well in an interactive ipython or jupyter notebook session.

It's important to maintain the geographic information in the input images. A georeferenced output such as a geoTIFF would be great for combining with other datasets, but this would be additional to a more interactive, notebook compatible, graphic.
