I suggest to create an extra export path for the services and reporters we offer in the CLI. This would allow you to add @wdio/cli as dependency without bundling everything that is in there.

I think I understand what you mean, but could you be a little more specific?

I imagine that you are referring to exporting constants containing information about services and reporters, such as @wdio/cli/services and @wdio/cli/reporters. Is that correct?

Specifically, it would be an object like the following.

I actually was thinking about https://github.com/webdriverio/webdriverio/tree/main/scripts/docs-generation/3rd-party but you are right that what you need is in webdriverio/webdriverio@main/packages/wdio-cli/src/constants.ts#L74-L161 which I suggest in #8 to move into a separate package e.g. create-wdio.
