Add `plane_landing_above_ground` icon

The original plane_takeoff_above_ground icon is good. I think we could adjust the plane angle to create one for plane_landing_above_ground

Perhaps it's also possible to create a seaplane_landing_above_water by adjusting the seaplane_takeoff_above_water icon

and seaplane_takeoff
