In reviewing these DID Method I have many questions about what is proposed. Fundamentally, there is talk of blockchain, but I didn't see anything about how that works -- where is the DIDDoc stored? One of the DID Methods uses publicKey as the array of keys, the other verificationMethod -- any significance to that? In both cases the id is a did: value, but does not match the format of the DID Method. What is the difference (if any) between the two DID Methods.

Perhaps there is enough information in the specs to meet the requirements, but it is not at all clear how these DID Methods would be used.
