Seems like you've downloaded the 9.0.2.0100 patch file (ISO) instead of the 9.0.2.0 install file (OVA). If you used the broadcom support portal, it always defaults to the latest version. You can click on the drop down on the top right and change from 9.0.2.0100 to 9.0.2.0 and get the correct install file:
