trogdor: remove old ucm2 files - better ones come by default now

it looks like the default debian trixie ucm2 config comes with better
files for trogdor than what we hacked together in the past and actually
as the new files come with a dir usr/share/alsa/ucm2/conf.d/SC7180
instead of the file we provide, ours is not able to override the new
ones and the new ones get activated by default anyway as result ... so
lets get rid of our old own hacked together files

the new config has different selectable audio configs and with one of
them even the internal mic of my lazor seems to be working fine
