Link to metadata sources

Problem

It's hard do find from what sources are author's and book's infos.

Proposed solution

As *arr stacks already does, it would be useful to have a link to the current metadata sources for authors and books.
For example, a link to the openlibrary page of an author in the bar, like Radarr does for movies (tmdb, imdb, etc.)
