Don't understand the --sync-set usage.

Hello,
great project and I like the simplicity, thank you.

However, I do not understand the --sync-set usage and set creation. How do I create a custom set with choose models without directly updating the .json dot file ?
I understood that the coding-fast is auto-created but what if I want to choose a specific list of models for a set ?
Is there a way to create a set from my favorite or select some models to drop them into a custom set from the CLI UI ?
