In a weird turn of events, when we ran the Vanilla Porter for SMF2 to Vanilla, exporting files was selected, however even after moving the attachments directory over, all images were 404ing.
After inspecting the URLs more closely, they all have an 'n' at the start of the filename element of the path.
So 'avatar369.png', would show as 'navatar369.png'... which it absolutely isn't in either the directory, or in the old SMF2 forum.
Any ideas would be helpful.
