any idea why i get "ouput specified to be duplicated does not exist" error?
i'm using windows 10...and the msdn sample for the destkop duplication api worked well for me..

Sorry for the late response. The notification is buried.
Looking at the error literally I guess it's because the duplication target does not exist on your machine (mine is 3rd monitor, forcibly enabled, and outputs to non-attached VGA port)

In DesktopDuplication.cpp:

     if (SingleOutput == -1) 
         SingleOutput = 2;
