CalDAV Functionality

Hello, I would like CalDAV functionality to use recipes like this one: https://trmnl.com/recipes/210616
How could this be implemented? TRMNL seems to provide a CalDAV integration here: https://trmnl.com/integrations/caldav
I’m open to helping with the implementation, but I don’t yet understand how this could be designed from an architectural perspective.

Hi,
you can use an iCal feed as polling url and use $data['ical'] in your recipe.
There is an example when you seed example plugins.

You'd need to adapt the recipe.

Yeah, I already adapted the ical one, but I would like to use recipes like this one and they require the caldav integration. Would it be possible to implement?

This is currently not planned, as there’s still foundational work to be done. In the meantime, you could use AI to rewrite the linked recipe.

Hi, just because I had the same issue I used some AI to rewrite the linked recipe to work for my needs. Basically I can now easily add nextcloud calendars and authenticate properly with an application token and display multiple calenders in different sizes.
