Clean New Tab

Is it possible to disable all suggestions on a new tab or set an own page as new tab? There is only an option for startup, not for new tab.

cool , id did not know that this config option exits. Found it:
Disable Top Sites
Disables the top sites and most visited entries on the new tab page. Chromium feature, ungoogled-chromium flag. – Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, Android
