I have finally build it in alpine linux but without the prune_binaries.py script as the hunspell/hyphen pruning didn't work,
As I got ../../third_party/hyphenation-patterns/hyb/hyph-af.hyb file missing error, With the following log:

ninja: file is missing and not created by any action: '../../third_party/hyphenation-patterns/hyb/hyph-af.hyb

I am not sure how to handle that! I really would like to get a clue!

I have tried to add hyphen-dev to the makedepends but ninja didn't look to the system installation.

How to tell it to use the system one instead of the pruned one?
Gentoo pkg seems to unprune some of binaries as shown here.

I'm not familiar with your workflow, but either you"re building it differently (say, other gn flags for example) or you"ve forgotten to apply some patches from ungoogled-chromium.

I have added all patches except for rollup (javascript thing) patch as another patch does include the wanted changes. Maybe GN flag or something else.
