Unable to parse .tfrecord with dataset_pb2.Frame() #24

Hello,

I am unable to utilise the data provided on the Udacity workspace in this project. It seems as if the .tfrecord files provided have been already modified, i.e., the LiDAR data and other attributes are missing.

Because of this, the Waymo Open Dataset frame parsing API is unable to properly read the files and thus outputs the following:

Please fix the data provided to us on the Udacity VM workspace by uploading the original .tfrecord files.
