<h1>SpeedLab — Gizlilik Politikası</h1>

<p>SpeedLab ("biz", "uygulama") gizliliğinize önem verir. Bu politika, uygulamamızı kullandığınızda hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.</p>

<h2>1. Topladığımız Veriler</h2>

  <li><strong>Ağ Bilgileri:</strong> Bağlı olduğunuz WiFi ağının SSID'si, sinyal gücü, kanal ve frekans bilgisi yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir. Bu veriler sunucularımıza gönderilmez.</li>
  <li><strong>Hız Testi Sonuçları:</strong> İndirme/yükleme hızı, gecikme (ping) ve jitter ölçümleri yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.</li>
  <li><strong>Reklam Kimliği (IDFA):</strong> Açık rızanız ile (App Tracking Transparency üzerinden) kişiselleştirilmiş reklam göstermek için Google AdMob tarafından kullanılabilir.</li>
  <li><strong>Cihaz Bilgileri:</strong> Reklam servisi, çökme analizi ve performans için cihaz tipi, iOS sürümü ve dil ayarı toplanır.</li>
</ul>

<h2>2. Verilerin Kullanımı</h2>
<ul>
  <li>WiFi ve hız testi verileri yalnızca uygulama içi işlevsellik için kullanılır.</li>
  <li>Reklam verileri, ücretsiz sürümde reklam göstermek için Google AdMob ile paylaşılır.</li>
  <li>Hiçbir kişisel veri üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.</li>

<p>SpeedLab 4+ yaş için uygundur ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.</p>

<h2>5. Veri Saklama</h2>
<p>Tüm test geçmişiniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı silerseniz tüm yerel veriler kaldırılır.</p>

<h2>6. Haklarınız</h2>
<p>iOS ayarlarından SpeedLab'in izinlerini (Konum, Yerel Ağ, Reklam İzleme) istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.</p>

<h2>7. Abonelik (SpeedLab Pro)</h2>
<p>SpeedLab Pro aboneliği Apple üzerinden işlenir. Apple ID hesabınızdan ücret tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir. Abonelikleri App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.</p>

<p>SpeedLab ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights when you use our app.</p>

<h2>1. Data We Collect</h2>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Network Information:</strong> SSID, signal strength, channel and frequency of the WiFi network you are connected to. Processed only on your device — never sent to our servers.</li>
  <li><strong>Speed Test Results:</strong> Download/upload speed, ping and jitter measurements stored only on your device.</li>
  <li><strong>Advertising Identifier (IDFA):</strong> With your explicit consent (via App Tracking Transparency), used by Google AdMob for personalized ads.</li>
  <li><strong>Device Info:</strong> Device type, iOS version and language for ads, crash analytics and performance.</li>
</ul>

<h2>2. How We Use Data</h2>
<ul>
  <li>WiFi and speed test data are used only for in-app functionality.</li>
  <li>Ad data is shared with Google AdMob to show ads in the free version.</li>
  <li>We do not sell any personal data to third parties.</li>

<h2>3. Third-Party Services</h2>

  <li><strong>Google AdMob</strong> — Ad serving. <a href="https://policies.google.com/privacy" target="_blank">Privacy Policy</a></li>
  <li><strong>Apple StoreKit</strong> — In-app purchases. Apple's <a href="https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/" target="_blank">privacy policy</a> applies.</li>
</ul>

<h2>4. Children's Privacy</h2>
<p>SpeedLab is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.</p>

<h2>5. Data Retention</h2>
<p>All test history and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes all local data.</p>

<h2>6. Your Rights</h2>
<p>You can change SpeedLab's permissions (Location, Local Network, Ad Tracking) anytime in iOS Settings.</p>

<h2>7. Subscription (SpeedLab Pro)</h2>
<p>SpeedLab Pro subscription is processed through Apple. Charges are billed to your Apple ID. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.</p>
