Hi :) I know that you have an example for RotEncoders connected to a MCP but my pin configuration is a bit different so it's not working for me sadly. already tried to configure them manually but it's not working: |

Sadly that's not possible. But you already have an example for the MCP with 8 encoders, maybe you can hint me how to edit the class to use my pin configuration? |

It's probably easiest to use the
MCP23017class, and then read the encoder pins manually usingdigitalReadBuffered(). Once you have the state of all encoder pins, you can pass it toRegistersEncoders::update().
