Feature Request: Text highlighing

Hey, The extension works grate!
Is there a way to make it highlight the text its reading?

Hey @WillyW0nka99 , I am unsure if the ability exists within the API the extensions calls (as it's sort of a hack-y way to retrieve TTS to begin with),

But in any case, text highlighting is outside of the scope for what I'm able to allocate resources to. If anyone wants to write code to implement this and submit a pull request, I'd be happy to look it over and merge it into the project though 👍
