Can't get D30 to properly connect/stay connected on Win11

It seems like I can't get the D30 to connect properly. Not sure if it's an issue with the website. In my devices the D30 shows as "driver unavailable" however none of the suggested solutions I've found online have worked. Has anybody else had success resolving issues regarding a supposed driver for the D30 to connect properly?

I've since done further testing:
Any time I send a print command, no matter if density test or other, the D30 disconnects. Possibly there are different models of the D30 that may not communicate as expected through BLE?

Can you provide the browser console log after you've connected and printed? That will provide a lot of insight into what is occurring. I use the site regularly with my d30 without issue and am curious to see what could be going on with yours.

Thanks! The log shows the printer dropping the GATT link twice (once right after pairing, once on the first density-test write), with a failed notify-subscribe in between. That pattern is a printer-side signal, not the app misbehaving. In order of likelihood: (1) charge the D30 fully. These printers flake well above 0%, (2) make sure the official Phomemo app on your phone isn't connected at the same time, (3) check paper/lid, (4) "Forget" the printer in your OS Bluetooth settings and re-pair, (5) power-cycle the printer and try a print within ~10 seconds. If after all that it still drops on the first write, please grab one more log so we can see whether the failure point moves.

I've fully charged the D30 now and have tried all the other steps as well. Unfortunately, it's still not working.

Thanks so much for the update! Can you try a test label instead of a density test? If the test label doesn't print, can you confirm the printer is working with the Phomemo app?

The printer prints without issue from the app. The same problem occurs when trying to print a test label. If you are up for it, we could also try to debug it in real-time.
