Add task type dropdown and scope-based command suggestions

QuickShell surfaces different task options based on a task type dropdown and the current scope type. That behavior drives which commands and launch suggestions appear for a workspace.

The Raycast backlog should preserve that task-type driven command surfacing so the port keeps the same setup intelligence.

Acceptance criteria:

• Workspaces can store a task type.
• The task type dropdown controls which command suggestions are surfaced.
• Suggestions vary by scope type or equivalent workspace classification.
• The selected task type is persisted and imported/exported with the workspace data.
