VideoIdent Plus options should be marked

Some options are only available if you have activated VideoIdent Plus, others if you use VideoIdent. These fields should be marked accordingly.

For example, the primary colour:

• For VideoIdent Plus, the field is called primaryColor
• For VideoIdent the field is called primary
