Directory ~/.tmux continues to be hardcoded and inflexible

OG TPM has decided against all decent software engineering standards to hard code the .tmux directory. This is a problem, and now it's also a problem on tpack.

A configuration parameter for the installation directory would be great, not an expectation that .tmux is the only place where tmux sub-dir content exists.

Where should it go? It should follow standards: "~/.tmux.d" (the .d is for directory, like "/etc/sudoers.d" or "/usr/local/etc/sudoers.d" etc etc.

I am open to improving this, the initial release was a direct rewrite to ensure 100% compatibility but we can definitely improve things while maintaining support for tpm conversions.
I will take a look when I get the chance!

Yes, I'd like to add to the same, it expects the .tmux.conf file to be in ~ And for me since it wasn't there, even if I downloaded the plugins, it won't work and show orphaned plugins. So having a fix for it to be nice.

Also I'd love to contribute to it.
