Issue with Dataset when pulling data from Rest API

I am reaching out regarding an issue we are experiencing with the dataset refresh in Power BI. The error we are encountering is as follows:

"OLE DB or ODBC error: Exception of type 'Microsoft.Mashup.Engine.Interface.ResourceAccessForbiddenException' was thrown."

We have verified that the API registration in Azure has all the necessary access permissions, but we are still receiving this error.
