Handle prompts with synchronous readit function

I think we need to switch to readline-sync package to be able to handle these prompts.

At this time I am recommending that we do not complete this issue for the 0.4 release. Instead we specify the limitation that all commands must specify all arguments and must not prompt. This fits more naturally with a web-based URL strategy (assuming little or no AJAX). If we learn more as we progress then maybe we can return to add this into the system. Removing milestone 0.4 tag.
