Create a market map for methodologies / tools across the DIST dimensions/categories

We could map the tools and methodology landscape against the DIST structure, providing a useful navigation tool for the community.

Inclusion on this could in time be paid for which could help fund the maintenance and development of DIST.

Likely something for v0.2 and beyond

Notes from kick off:

• Sliding scale for participation: Bronze, Silver, Gold tiers (DIST alignment coverage / depth of compliance)
• Non-profit organisations at reduced/free rate
• For-profit organisations via sponsorship model
• Market map (v0.2 deliverable): who are the players, where does DIST fit in the ecosystem, where does the ecosystem player slot into DIST?

Hey @cronky Thanks so much for opening this issue! I had a chat with @fershad today and he's going to lead on the development of the methodology maps from here on in. He's got more capacity than me and I think is also well suited to taking on the role of designing the processes and probably gatekeeping the list. I think you're right to say this is likely to be something for V0.2 and beyond. I'll add a label so that our order of priorities is clear.
