Runtime exceptions should contain node id and track id information for better tracking

As a software developer, I need to know on what node and for what operation I have an error in the log file.

If exception will contain following info it will be easy to understand the root of the issue:

• node id where the exception occurred
• tracking id - if the operation is related to some trackable operation
