Placeholder for future refinements to the report cards:

• Rather than showing all species/genera that are found (particularly for macroalgae), determine which was true as basis for evaluating species id. Groups that did not find a species that was ided in error from another group will have their scores discounted.
• Perhaps evaluate all groups based on true estimates (as determined by TBEP) rather than group average
• Change scoring criteria so that it's not based on range of results. Currently, one group will always get the lowest and another will get the highest. This isn't fair since there will always be winners and losers even if all groups were similar in a given year. Could this be better constrained by relative variation of the scores across years?

@sscolaro @kflahertywalia I've created a list for future updates to the report card based on some of the feedback from this year. Feel free to add to or modify these suggestions.

Might want to think about shoot counts and blade lengths based on species observed during BB as well. For example, if there was a group that found Syringodium, but others did not, the average blade length and shoot density will vary. Not sure how/if that is accounted for in your calculations.
