`winget update Swift.Toolchain` does not uninstall the old version of the toolchain

winget update Swift.Toolchain simply installs the new version of the toolchain, without uninstalling the old version.

The correct behavior should be to uninstall the old version and install the new one.

This seems to be fixed with 6.3.2, which correctly removed the 6.3.1 files when using winget update

No, this is by design. The toolchain is parallel installable for every major.minor release, we upgrade the patch releases only.
