Add AmazonLinux 2023 to the list of supported platforms

Now that AWS has announced the GA of Amazon Linux 2023, add support for it.

I started the work to submit a PR, will report progress in a couple of days.

I have submitted a PR to add support for Amazon Linux 2023, x64, for swift release 5.8.

Missing

• not tested yet on Graviton (aarch64)
• not working on Swift 5.9.x. (error during build libswiftCore.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

@brokosz I propose to keep it open until Swift.org will provide a tar.gz and a docker image for AL2023.

FYI: for those reading this. The swift 6.2.1 toolchain is not available in the Amazon Linux 2023 package repository.

Just type sudo dnf -y install swiftlang
