A service that streams ledgers from testnet and pubnet and captures any wasms, so wasms searchable by hash are easily downloadable from a git repo

docs, and displays them in a docs.rs like website, e.g. stellarcontracts.rs/

bindings, and auto publishes them under @stellar-contracts/ on jsr.io (gets docs by default which is why I suggest it) / npm
