refactor: morph select as composable primitives

Rework MorphSelect into MorphSelect/MorphSelectTrigger/MorphSelectValue/
MorphSelectContent/MorphSelectItem matching the gooey Select API. Items
render twice (hidden registrar + open panel), so ref-count label
registrations — fixes the value reverting to the placeholder on select.
