Not Usable Without MOVDIR64B

I'm experiencing the same problem that was already described in issue sslab-gatech/open-tdx#1 ... I tried to build the seam-loader from the corresponding PR #1 but since the Makefiles seem to written for Windows, I haven't been successful yet on Linux. My question is if this PR could be reviewed even if the author closed it, and hopefully merged and the binary updated so others could also benefit from this solution.

The reason i closed the PR #1 was after succeed to pass the Triple Fault During GETSEC[ENTERACCS], MOVDIR64B will be used in tdx-module etc. So I've maintain a linux-host for simulation of MOVDIR64B after this commit cwzsquare/tdx-linux@1e6db4e without PR. BUT after trials and trials i've given up adding all these sims (for unsupported instructions, MSRs) in my old intel platform, i finally get open-tdx worked without modification from https://github.com/sslab-gatech/open-tdx by switching to the newer platform of Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6430.

In a nutshell, if you wish to rerun the open-tdx as quickly as possible, please try some newer intel CPU instead of more modifications.
