Compiling sonic-pins with Gcc12 fails with "cc1: all warnings are treated as errors"

I update the gcc version from gcc-10 to gcc-12 in debian 11, and use it to compile sonic-pins module, it reports many warning, and failed with the "cc1: all warnings are treated as errors".
