Question: sonic-cli missing in mgmt-framework compiled for platform vs

[sprafull]

when i start the following docker for vs

docker-sonic-mgmt-framework:latest

I am not able to find the sonic-cli (logs as follows)

root@d9f47d71300d:/# find . -name sonic_cli
root@d9f47d71300d:/#

Please suggest what can be checked to identify the issue
