MCP servers and saved roots can't be scoped to some workspaces — only one or all, and never just this session

Agent, session and MCP state has two to four holders synced by hand — and the orchestrator carries the actions' logic

A second Upgrade while the first is still running restarts the agent again — the upgrade isn't tracked while it runs

Roots popover overflows the panel and hides its Remove button — overlays have no width bound; sweep every view

Agent upgrade confirmation is a native OS prompt that gets clicked through — and it can cut off a running turn

Patchbay says nothing about its own version — missed updates, silent first run

Process policy invents a per-session process boundary ACP never defines — auto isolates until an accidental proof arrives

The files chip mixes workspace files with files outside it — one flat list in first-touch order
solutionsunity/acp-patchbay#61 · opened on Sep 26, 2026 · 1.0.0
A sub-agent's work shows as flat tool calls — nothing says a sub-agent is running, or which one

Earlier prompts can't be reached — not to reuse one in the composer, not to jump to one in the transcript

MCP server ids are borrowed, not ours — curated servers are keyed by the catalog id (one connection per entry), custom ones by a slug of their name

Opening a chat doesn't put the cursor in the composer — the view gets focus, the text box doesn't

Starting a chat while its agent is still auto-connecting shows a false "already connected" failure

No way to put files back to an earlier point in a session — an agent's edits can only be undone by hand
solutionsunity/acp-patchbay#50 · opened on Sep 25, 2026
The edited-files list can't reach the edits — a file's changes are found only by scrolling the transcript to each tool call
solutionsunity/acp-patchbay#49 · opened on Sep 25, 2026 · 1.0.0
No way to move patchbay's configuration to another machine — agents, servers and settings have to be re-entered by hand
