Phenotype Statistics- "Split by treatment" not working

Observed on CASSbase. Trail Detail Page/Phenotype Summary Statistics.

I designed a trial with treatments, but unfortunately if I tick the "Split by treatment" option in the phenotype summary statistics sections it throws an error (see screenshot).

I am having trouble reproducing this issue. I tried it on my own trial with treatments and could not get it to give this error. This looks like a javascript error to me - the 9th column it is referring to is the histogram button. Would it be possible for you to reproduce this issue and paste the javascript console output here? Thank you!

This error popped up when I loaded the trial detail page:
"Uncaught TypeError: d3.regressionLinear is not a function
https://cassbase.org/breeders/trial/1955?format=:6750"
but after that, no more errors were reported in the console.

I received this pop-up twice:

My treatment type is set to text ("control"/"2h"), but I noticed that in the phenotype output csv table, it is given as a numeric value (0 or 2)

If it is categorical, usually the ordinal number of the category is reported rather than the text itself - or at least that is my understanding of how it would work. I tried but still couldn't recreate the issue with text treatments or categorical treatments, both worked fine for me.

Most of these javascript errors are unrelated to the phenotype statistics table. Several recent pull requests have updated javascript and resolved errors like this, so it is possible the site needs to be updated or the browser javascript cache needs to be cleared.

Still wasn't able to get the problem to show up on my end. I used a trial with just six plants on one plot and a text-based treatment and it still worked for me. Might need to ask Lukas about recent site updates to see if javascript is the issue after all
