Missing biomni.agent.base_agent

The class PaperTaskExtractor inherit from base_agent

However, base_agent is missing.

However, a base_agent class is defined in function_generator.py

As such, should the import statement in env_collection.py

from biomni.agent.base_agent import base_agent
be adjusted to
from biomni.agent.function_generator import base_agent

OR

Refactor class base_agent in its own file?
