.env requires always an anthropic key?

To make Biomni work I see the .env.template says it is required (always?) and antropic key, to make the agent work.
My question is , if I have ollama and langchain , would it be possible to use my key from there? OpenAI style url and calls, to run the agent? so it will run locally?

also is there any way to select and use only local non-commercial data (i checked in the documentation, but maybe i am not looking in the correct one).

my idea is work all locally if possible.
