Can't use formatDate helper with empty string or "now" to get today

**Actual Behaviour**

It doesn't substitute now datetime

**Expected Behaviour**

Should substitute now datetime

**Steps to reproduce it**

<p>{{formatDate "" "YYYY"}}</p>

<p>{{formatDate "now" "YYYY"}}</p>
