feat: Implement Headlight Status Updates during Movement

We need to update the MCU code to update the phone as the headlight is moving, ideally every ~10% of the movement, so the status of the headlights in the status view will update more than just complete movement.

While this would be nice, I am not sure how feasible this is any longer. A good middle ground would likely be setting up an animator provider (similar to the mock system) which animates the percentages when the command is sent.
