Allow for parsing Wiktionary for translations into multiple target languages

Description

As discussed in the call that @axif0 and I had earlier today, it would be good if we expand the Wiktionary parsing we're working on in #650 (PR #666) to work for more than one target language at once. This will allow us to generate translations for more than one language at once in a single dump parse, thus allowing the data to be prepared for data updates more quickly.

@axif0, I wanted to check with you on whether you think this is necessary 🤔 Would it make sense to just run the individual parsers via a loop? I worry that this could make the code more complex?
