Hello, is it possible to extract not only scenario text but also what assets used when the scenario is used? It's like in a kirikiri scenario script that also mentions what assets it used like bgm, bg, ev, sfx, and voice. Thank you.

Engine Cyberworks's encryption only encrypts the text strings.
You can add the parameter encrypt=0, then the new folder can view the unencrypted text strings.

Therefore, it does not use strings as controls for images or sounds like krkr does.
Instead, it likely uses a digital number bytes before the dialogue as an index for invocation.
I’m not sure exactly which one it is.
