skillshare init improvements

When running init it is not clear:

1. how to easily link up to my existing skillshare repo. Am i expected to have downloaded it already? do i suggest a folder. it'd be good to know, as i'm just guessing which options to select.
2. why does it default to not install the skillshare skill? is it not recommended? can you not check skills folder and if its not there then install it. Should it not be installed as --tracked?
