Add voices for TTS

I know and have seen people ask to add their own tutoise voices but i got a couple of Festival & mbrola voices and was wonderin how to add them? If it would be possible i obviously would share them!

Hi! Is it: add them to your installation of webui or add to the project itself?

They are open source, if it would be possible i'd love to add them to the project.

Also the current placement of tortoise voices is - tts-generation-webui/voices-tortoise/ folder, for example:
tts-generation-webui/voices-tortoise/pat4/1.wav
